片烟形态、结构与烟丝结构的关系 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究片烟形态、结构与烟丝结构的关系,建立烟丝结构的预测模型,采用相关分析、逐步回归分析和通径分析等方法考察了片烟形态、结构与烟丝结构的关系。结果表明:①烟丝特征尺寸与紧致度聚类中心距、细长度聚类中心距呈极显著负相关,与大片率呈极显著正相关;烟丝均匀性系数与紧致度聚类中心距和矩形度聚类中心距呈极显著负相关。②片烟形态、结构与烟丝结构特征指标的多元逐步回归方程显著性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。③直接和间接影响烟丝结构特征指标最显著的因素均为片烟形态特征指标紧致度聚类中心距、细长度聚类中心距;片烟结构特征指标对烟丝结构特征指标的直接和间接作用均相对较小,即片烟形态显著影响烟丝结构特征指标。降低紧致度聚类中心距、细长度聚类中心距,可快速提高烟丝整体尺寸、收窄烟丝尺寸分布范围。 To investigate the effects of morphology and structure of tobacco strips on the structure of cut tobacco,a prediction model for cut tobacco structure was established.Relationships between the morphology and structure of tobacco strips and cut tobacco structure were studied with correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis and path analysis.The results showed that:1)The characteristic size of cut tobacco extremely significantly negatively correlated to the center distances of compactness clustering and elongatedness clustering,and extremely significantly positively correlated to the percentage of large-sized strips.The uniformity coefficient of cut tobacco extremely significantly negatively correlated to the center distances of compactness clustering and rectangular degree clustering.2)The multivariate stepwise regression equation for the morphology and structure of tobacco strips and the characteristic indexes of cut tobacco structure reached extremely significant level(P<0.01).3)The most significant factors that directly and indirectly affected the characteristic indexes of cut tobacco were the characteristic indexes of tobacco strip morphology,the center distances of compactness clustering and elongatedness clustering.However,the direct and indirect effects of characteristic indexes of tobacco strip structure were relatively small,and the strip morphology significantly influenced the characteristic indexes of cut tobacco structure.Reducing the center distances of compactness clustering and elongatedness clustering could quickly promote the characteristic size of cut tobacco and narrow the distribution range of cut tobacco size.
