开关柜在电力生产过程中一旦发生异常或故障,就会对用户安全供电和电网稳定运行造成重要影响。对开关柜常见故障原因进行了分析,以一起10 kV充气式开关柜故障处理流程为例,通过分析其故障现象及故障产生的原因,给出了运行人员在此类事件中的安全处置策略,为保证电力设备安全稳定运行,有效做好开关柜电气故障预防提供了依据。

When the switchgear is abnormal or faulty during the power production process,it will have an important impact on the power supply safety of users and the stable operation of the power grid.In this paper the common failure causes of the switchgear were analyzed.Taking a 10 kV gas-filled switchgear failure processing process as an example,the failure phenomenon and the cause of the failure were analyzed,and the safe handling strategy for operators in such incidents was given.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment,effective prevention of electrical faults in switchgear provides a basis.
