大学生就业意向调研及精准化就业指导对策研究——以北京交通大学2021届毕业生为例

Investigation on Employment Intention of College Students andAnalysis of Precision Employment Guidance—A Case study of Graduates of Beijing Jiaotong University in 2021

新形势下毕业生的就业意向呈现新趋势和新变化,本研究通过对2021届毕业生就业意向和指导服务需求调研,总结分析毕业生存在深造意愿强烈但准备不足;就业价值观趋同、酿不合理信念;就业准备不足、自我效能与信息了解度密切相关;缺乏精准化就业信息、普适性和针对性需求共存;不同类别毕业生的就业意向和指导需求有差异共五大现状。针对性地提出加强就业目标战略性引导、就业信息精准化提供、就业指导前置化开展、不同类别差异化帮扶措施。

Under the new situation,the employment intention of graduates presents new trends and changes.Basedon the investigation of employment intention and guidance service demand of 2021 graduates,it is concluded thatstrong desire for further studies but insufficient preparation,convergence of employment values and some unreasonablebeliefs,inadequate preparation for employment,self-efficacy is closely related to information understanding,lack ofprecise employment information,coexistence of universality and targeted needs,different types of graduates havedifferent employment intentions and guidance needs.Therefore,this paper puts forward some measures such as strategicguidance of employment goals,accurate provision of employment information,pre-development of employmentguidance,different types of assistance.
