摘要
通过对硼镁铁精粉和膨润土的性能分析,造球-预热-焙烧等相关工艺参数的研究,探索链箅机-回转窑生产全硼镁铁精粉制备球团的可行性。结果表明:硼镁铁精粉属于高镁高硼高硫低硅铁矿,粒度细,比表面积大,造球性能佳;配加1.0%纳基膨润土,在预热温度及时间950℃、30 min,焙烧温度及时间1200℃、20~30 min的条件下,能够得到抗压强度在2500 N/P左右的球团矿;焙烧球团FeO含量较高,达1.5%。
Through the performance analysis of boron-magnesium-iron concentrate powder and bentonite,the relevant process parameters study of pelletizing-preheating-roasting etc.,explore the feasibility of the production of boron-magnesium-iron concentrate powder by traveling grate-rotary kiln to prepare pellets.The results show that the boron-magnesium-iron refined powder belongs to high-magnesium,high-boron,high-sulfur and low-silicon iron ore with fine particle size,large specific surface area and good pelletizing performance;with 1.0% sodium bentonite,under the conditions of the preheating temperature of 950℃,the duration of 30 min,the roasting temperature of 1200℃ and the duration of 20~30 min,the pellets with the compressive strength of about 2500 N/P can be obtained;the content of FeO in roasted pellets is higher and up to 1.5%.
