含腐植酸水溶肥料对生长期水稻不同部位镉含量的影响

Effect of Water Soluble Fertilizer Containing Humic Acid on Cadmium Content in Different Parts of Rice at the Growth Stage

摘要 研究了不同水平含腐植酸水溶肥料处理对湖北大冶土壤pH值和生长期水稻各部位镉含量的影响。采集湖北大冶水稻试验区土壤及抽穗期和灌浆期的水稻根部,穗部,叶片,茎部10、20、30 cm等,分别测定土壤酸碱度和水稻各部位样品中的镉含量。结果表明:与对照区(常规施肥)相比,施用量为10和20 kg/667m^2含腐植酸水溶肥料使抽穗期水稻各部位镉含量分别降低64.54%~97.42%,91.78%~98.79%,灌浆期水稻各部位镉含量分别降低44.97%~75.30%,41.82%~72.80%;而抽穗期水稻各部位镉含量比灌浆期水稻各部位镉含量低,抽穗期土壤pH值较灌浆期土壤高,土壤pH较对照区变化显著。施用含腐植酸水溶肥料可以降低水稻各部位镉含量,具有较好的推广应用前景。 Rice was sowed in the paddy soil and dressed with different levels of water soluble fertilizer containing humic acid to observe the effects of the water soluble fertilizer containing humic acid on the pH value of soil and cadmium content of rice in Daye county,Hubei Province.The soil,root,ear,leaf,stem 10cm long,stem 20cm long,and stem 30cm long of the rice at the heading and grain-filling stages were collected,and the soil pH and the cadmium content in different parts of rice were determined.The result showed that cadmium contents in different parts of the rice dressed with water soluble fertilizer containing humic acid at the rate of 10 and 20 kg·667m-2(or 150 kg·ha-1 and 300 kg·ha-1)as against the control were reduced by 64.54%-97.42%and 91.78%-98.79%,respectively at the heading stage,and by 44.97%-75.30%and 41.82%-72.80%at the grain-filling stage,respectively.Different parts of the rice in the treatment with water soluble fertilizer containing humic acid had lower cadmium content at the heading stage than at the grain-filling stage,and the soil pH was higher at the heading stage than at the grainfilling stage.The soil pH value was significantly higher in the treatment than in the control.The water soluble fertilizer containing humic fertilizer reduced cadmium content in rice and hence has a good application prospect.
