摘要
超厚料层烧结技术是我国钢铁企业炼铁原料生产的关键技术之一,相对于传统烧结来说,超厚料层烧结生产的烧结矿强度更高,还原性更好,并且超厚料层烧结技术可以有效降低燃料消耗,减少污染气体的排放,符合国家节能减排要求和企业提产降耗需求。综合分析国内诸多企业超厚料层烧结技术的应用案例,发现烧结料层厚度达到900 mm后,想要进一步增加料层厚度很困难,因此,笔者总结了国内部分企业的先进经验,旨在为超厚料层烧结技术应用的普及提供参考。
The sintering technology of super thick layer is one of the key technologies in the production of ironmaking raw materials in iron and steel enterprises in China.Compared with traditional sintering,the sintering technology of super thick layer can effectively reduce fuel consumption,reduce the emission of polluted gas,meet the requirements of national energy saving and emission reduction,and increase production and consumption demand of enterprises.By synthetically analyzing the application cases of super-thick layer sintering technology in many domestic enterprises,it is found that it is difficult to further increase the thickness of sintering layer after reaching 900 mm.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the popularization of super-thick layer sintering technology.
