摘要
中小型高炉频繁检修浇铸大壕,影响着高炉的稳定高效生产。通过对中小型高炉休风料采取加净焦和退负荷的生产实践进行对比,认为休风前渣铁物理热充足,炉温有上行趋势,休风料采取退负荷的方式能更快地恢复炉况,降低燃料消耗,起到快速达产的效果。
The frequent maintenance and casting of large trench in small and medium-sized blast furnace affects the stable and efficient production of blast furnace.According to the comparison of production practice of adding blast coke and deloading in the small and medium-sized blast furnaces,it is considered that the slag iron has sufficient physical heat before the blasts,and the furnace temperature has an upward trend,thus fuel consumption is reduced,and the effect of rapid production is achieved.
