摘要 微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一组高度保守的非编码核苷酸序列,具有调控转录后基因表达的功能。miRNA通过靶向不同基因影响细胞生理和疾病发展。miRNA具有调控细胞增殖、凋亡等生物学特性,参与组织炎症损伤等病理过程,其中miR-486-5p作为近年新发现的miRNA,与肿瘤等疾病发生、发展密切相关,有望辅助疾病早期诊断、靶向治疗及预后评估。 microRNAs(miRNAs)are a group of highly conserved non-coding nucleotide sequences.Their function is to regulate post-transcriptional gene expression.miRNAs affects cell physiology and disease development by targeting different genes.miRNA regulates biological characteristics such as cell proliferation and apoptosis,and participates in pathological processes such as inflammatory injury.miR-486-5p is a newly discovered miRNA in recent years,it closely relates to the occurrence and development of diseases.miR-486-5p is expected to help in early diagnosis,targeted therapy and prognosis assessment.
