摘要
近年来,我国把高水平应用型人才培养提升到国家战略高度。地方高校积极转型,在应用型人才培养方面取得了显著成效,但仍然面临着许多突出问题。奥尔堡PBL模式是一种极具创新性的教学模式。在过去的40年里,奥尔堡大学积极推行该教学模式,在应用型人才培养方面取得了巨大成就。在教学理念、课程设置、教学模式和考评方式四个方面对奥尔堡PBL模式进行介绍的基础上,探讨该模式对我国应用型人才培养的启示,为地方高校应用型人才培养提供借鉴。
In recent years,China has rasied the utility-type personnel training to a strategic level.Local universities and colleges have made the transition of their own accord,making a remarkable achievement in the utility-type personnel training.However,they still have to face a lot of serious problems.Aalborg PBL is a very innovative teaching model.Over the past forty years,Aalborg University has been promoting the teaching model,thus making great achievements in the utility-type personnel training.By introduing the teaching concepts,the curriculum,the teaching model and the sysytem of performance appraisal,we have done research on the enlightenment of Aalborg PBL model to the untility-type personnel training in China,which the local universities and colleges can refer to.
