做好扶贫产业项目与产业振兴有效衔接的意义关乎脱贫攻坚成果的提升巩固,关乎乡村振兴战略的顺利推进和农业现代化的早日实现。以目标和问题为导向,在扶贫产业项目基础上持续推进农业产业体系、农业生产体系、农业经营体系、农村内生动力体系、现代农业体系和制度保障体系是扶贫产业项目和产业振兴有效衔接的基本路径。
