粤港澳大湾区空间联系与地缘关系的匹配研究

A Study of Spatial Economic Connectivity and Geo-Economic Relation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

空间经济联系与地缘经济关系是区域经济学视野下测度城市区域经济增长的两大重要维度,为城市区域发展政策评价提供了科学方法,对城市发展定位、城市发展方向和区域内协调发展具有重要的引导和监测意义。当前粤港澳大湾区发展面临新的历史机遇,各城市主体间如何形成更紧密的空间经济联系和基于“合理竞争—合作互补”的地缘经济关系,成为政策规划的重要目标。而粤港澳大湾区中各个主体尚未形成发展共识,未来须在制度、行政和文化等层面减少城市间隔阂,以协同发展提高粤港澳大湾区整体竞争力。

Spatial Economic Connectivity and Geo-Economic Relation not only are two important dimensions to measure urban regional economic growth from the perspective of regional economics,but also provide a scientific method for urban development policy evaluation.Therefore,they are of important guiding and monitoring significance for the orientation of urban development,the determination of urban development direction and regional coordinated development.At present,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is faced with new historical opportunities,and how to forge closer spatial economic links between the cities in the Bay Area and a closer geo-economic relation based on reasonable competition and complementary cooperation have become an important goal in policy making.The result shows that no common sense of mutual development has been formulated among the cities in the area.So,we should try to alleviate the misunderstandings and separation in system,administration and culture among these cities so as to sharpen the competitive edge of the area through coordinated development.
