新高考下河北省高中面临问题、经验借鉴与应对策略

Problems, Experiences and Countermeasures of High Schools in Hebei Province Under the New College Entrance Examination

河北省从2018年秋季高一入学的学生开始实施新高考改革,采取"3+1+2"的选科模式.通过对河北省不同高中教师的问卷调查,分析高中选科面临的主要问题,并在总结外省市高中选科成功经验的基础上,提出河北省高中的应对策略.研究表明:河北省高中在选科时面临着师资力量不足、学生选科盲目性大、科目组合比例差异大、学校硬件设施不足、家长指导不到位等诸多问题;对外省市选科比较成功的16所高中从软硬件设施、管理、走班、教学、教师、学生、家长等7个层面进行了经验总结;河北省高中应认真学习外省市成功经验,并从自身实际出发,采取科学合理的应对措施.

Through the questionnaire survey of different senior high school teachers in Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the main problems faced by each senior high school, and summarizes the successful experience of senior high school selection in other provinces to provide reference for the improvement of senior high schools in Hebei Province. The research shows that high schools in Hebei Province are faced with various problems when selecting subjects, such as: insufficient teachers, large blindness of students in selecting subjects, large differences in the proportion of subjects, lack of school hardware facilities, inadequate parental guidance. The successful experience of 16 high schools that have successfully selected courses in other provinces and cities are summarized. High schools in Hebei Province should earnestly learn from the successful experience of other provinces and cities, and proceed from their own actual conditions to take scientific and reasonable response measures.
