在司法领域人工智能应用热潮之下,检察机关检务建设逐渐从信息化走向智能化.智慧检务建设作为检察改革的前沿阵地,克服"转轨并轨"带来的阵痛,秉承科学化、智能化、人性化的理念,着眼建设"智慧型检察院"的目标,不断提升检察监督能力的现代化水平.河北省在检察体制改革背景下大力发展智慧检务建设,以提升业务需求为动力、以突出问题驱动为导向、以创新检察改革为目标,不同地区的各级检察机关进行了一定程度的技术研发和系统提升.在以后的智慧化建设过程中,要继续秉承科学化、智能化、人性化理念,统筹规划河北省智慧检务进程,理性面对各地差异,均衡发展河北省智慧检务的建设路径.

Under the upsurge of artificial intelligence applications in the judicial field, the procuratorial construction of procuratorial organs has gradually moved from informatization to intelligence. As frontier of procuratorial reform, the construction of intelligent procuratorial work has been achieved by overcoming the pains caused by the "transition and merger", adhering to the concept of scientific, intelligent and humanized development, and focusing on the aim of improving the modernization level of procuratorial supervision ability. Under the background of procuratorial reform, the procuratorial organs of different management levels in Hebei Province have carried out a certain degree of technology research and development and system improvement, taking the promotion of business demand as the driving force, the guidance of driving problems as the highlight, and the innovating procuratorial reform as the goal. In the future intelligent construction process, we must continue to adhere to scientific, intelligent and humanized concepts, make overall plans for the process of intelligent inspection in Hebei Province, rationally face the differences between different regions, and develop the construction path of intelligent inspection in Hebei Province in a balanced manner.
