氨基膦酸螯合纤维对铟的动态吸附性能研究

摘要 铟作为战略资源应用广泛,氨基膦酸螯合纤维(TEPAPCF)对铟具有吸附选择性,为了研究铟生产中的铟铁分离的关键技术,研究了TEPAPCF对混合溶液中铟铁锌的动态吸附性能.结果表明:TEPAPCF对三价金属离子具有很好的吸附选择性,在一定条件下,TEPAPCF能从In(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)混合溶液中有效地分离富集In(Ⅲ);当pH值为2.40~2.50,流速为0.20 mL·min^-1时,TEPAPCF能从In(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)混合溶液中有效分离富集In(Ⅲ).当溶液中Zn(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅱ)的浓度大幅度提高,In(Ⅲ)的穿透时间提前,且解吸液中铁和锌的比例增加.所以在一定条件下,TEPAPCF能从In(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)混合溶液中分离富集In(Ⅲ). Indium has been widely used as a strategic resource, and aminophosphonic acid chelating fiber(TEPAPCF) has adsorption selectivity for indium. The dynamic adsorption performance of TEPAPCF for indium, iron and zinc in mixed solution is studied. The result shows that TEPAPCF has good adsorption selectivity of trivalent metal ions. When the pH value is 2.40 ~ 2.50 and the flow rate is 0.20 m L·min^-1, TEPAPCF can effectively separate and enrich In(Ⅲ) from the mixed solution of In(Ⅲ), Fe(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ). When the concentration of Zn(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅱ)in the solution is greatly increased, the breakthrough time of In(Ⅲ) is advanced, and the proportion of Fe and Zn in desorption solution increases.
