摘要 "腾空外摆莲360°接提膝独立(324B+3)"是竞技太极拳中重要的难度动作,该动作的完成质量决定了比赛成绩.对324B+3动作起跳阶段的研究结果显示:运动员在起跳阶段均不同程度地加大了躯干向右扭转,提高了右脚离地瞬间摆腿的初速度;运动员的下肢爆发力及核心力量对完成动作至关重要;起跳阶段垂直方向的冲量很大,是腾空转体阶段的动力来源. "Outside Swing Lotus in Flight 360° Following Stand on One Leg with One Knee up(324 B+3)" is an important difficult movement in Competitive Taijiquan, the quality of movement completion of which determines the result of the competition. The take-off phase of "324 B+3" is studied, and results show that in the take-off phase, the athletes twist their torso more to the right in different degrees, increasing the initial speed of swinging legs when the right foot is off the ground. The explosive force of the lower limbs and the core force of the athletes are vital to complete the movement. And the impulse of the vertical direction in the take-off phase is very strong, which is the power source of the turning phase in the air.
