当前,我国已进入知识经济时代,正在大力实施国家知识产权战略,并逐步向相关重点领域和产业集群深入推进。生态文明领域知识产权战略作为我国知识产权战略体系的重要组成部分,在完善知识产权管理工作体系,转变经济社会发展方式,助力国家可持续发展等方面发挥着积极作用。党的十九大提出建设生态文明和“美丽中国”的宏伟目标,同时我国处在新形势下加快建设知识产权强国的关键节点,加强面向生态文明的知识产权战略研究,深入推进生态文明领域知识产权战略实施,具有重要而深远的意义。通过回顾改革开放以来我国生态文明建设及其知识产权战略的发展脉络,探究推进生态文明领域知识产权战略的现实意义,分析当前生态文明领域知识产权战略的实施现状及存在问题,从健全体制机制、促进成果转化、改善公共服务、加强人才培养等方面提出完善生态文明领域知识产权战略工作的对策建议。

As China enters into the era of knowledge economy,the national intellectual property strategy in China is vigorously implemented,and gradually further conducted in the relevant key areas and industrial clusters.As an important part of China's intellectual property strategy system,the intellectual property strategy in the field of ecological civilization plays an active role in improving the intellectual property management system,transforming the pattern of economic and social development,and contributing to national sustainable development etc.Since the magnificentgoal of building ecological civilization and"beautiful China"has been put forward in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and China is in the key node of accelerating the construction of a strong country in intellectual property rights under the new situation,it is of great and far-reaching significance to strengthen the strategic research of intellectual property in ecological civilization and further promote the implementation of intellectual property strategy in the field of ecological civilization.By reviewing the development of China's ecological civilization construction and its intellectual property strategy since the reform and opening up,this paper explores the practical significance of promoting the intellectual property strategy in the field of ecological civilization,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of the intellectual property strategy in the field of ecological civilization,and puts forward the countermeasure proposal from the aspects of improving institutions and mechanisms,promoting the transformation of achievements,improving public services,and strengthening personnel training for the improvement of intellectual property strategic work in the field of ecological civilization.
