基于智能汽车的电子取证标准化研究

Research of Electronic Forensics Standardization Based on Intelligent Connected Vehicle

分析智能汽车电子取证的数据来源和数据类型,明确智能汽车电子取证标准化的实际要求,并比较国内外智能汽车电子取证标准化的现状,认为目前智能汽车电子取证的标准化工作存在相对延迟的问题。因此,提出研究智能车辆电子权利标准化时的注意事项,以期为智能汽车电子标准化取证工作提供参考。

Analyze the data sources and data types of smart car electronic forensics,clarify the actual requirements of smart car electronic forensics,compare the current status of smart car electronic forensics at home and abroad.It is believed that the current standardization of smart car electronic forensics has a relatively delayed problem,and the precautions when studying the standardization of smart car electronic rights are proposed,in order to provide a reference for the smart car electronic standardization forensics.
