中药“减毒药对”研究方法探讨及思考

中药“毒性”问题备受关注,在确保临床药效前提下,提出有效的减毒策略,成为目前临床减毒研究的关键。通过中药毒效关系探讨,基于“减毒药对”古代记载及应用,“减毒药对”现代研究及存在问题的分析,提出确保药效、规定临床适应证的毒性药物“减毒药对”概念,并以附子为例,进行相应案例剖析。明确解毒配比,规定临床适应范围及使用注意等,供毒性中药临床应用及新产品研究时参考。

The"toxicity"of traditional Chinese medicine has received much attention.Under the premise of ensuring clinical efficacy,an effective method to reduce toxicity has become the key to the study of reducing toxicity in clinic.This article explored the relationship between the toxicity and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on ancient records and applications of"drug couples for attenuating toxin",the status and existing problems of the modern research were analyzed.It is proposed the conception of"attenuated toxin drug couples"that can ensure efficacy and provide clinical indications.Taking Fuzi(aconite)as an example,the corresponding case analysis was carried out.Through this method,we would clear the ratio,the scope of clinical adaptation,the use caution and so on,providing reference for applications in clinical and proprietary Chinese medicine production.
