早期生化汤加味辅助治疗剖宫产后恶露不绝的疗效及对CRP、WBC、Hb指标的影响

Effect of Early Intervention with Shenghua Decoction on Lochia after Cesarean Section and Its Influence on CRP,WBC and Hb

目的分析早期生化汤加味辅助治疗剖宫产后恶露不绝的疗效及C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)指标的影响。方法选取医院2015年12月—2018年12月收治的剖宫产后恶露不绝患者122例,分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用早期生化汤加味辅助治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组治疗前中医证候积分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分(1.85±0.23)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶露排净时间(4.45±1.21)d短于对照组,不良反应发生率4.92%(31/61)与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前CRP、WBC、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、Hb水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后Hb水平高于对照组,CRP、WBC、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前子宫三径组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫三径(10.63±1.15)cm低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期生化汤加味辅助治疗剖宫产后恶露不绝可改善患者中医症状,减轻炎症反应,促进Hb的恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of early intervention with Shenghua Decoction on lochia after cesarean section and the inflence on C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and hemoglobin(Hb).Methods From December 2015 to December 2018,122 patients with lochia after cesarean section were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenghua Decoction in the early stage.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group(1.85±0.23)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excretion time of lox in the observation group[(4.45±1.21)d]was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions 4.92%(31/61)was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CRP,WBC,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)or Hb between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of Hb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of CRP,WBC and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine third diameter[(10.63±1.15)cm]in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention with Shenghua Decoction can relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce inflammatory reaction and promote the recovery of Hb in the treatment of lochia after cesarean section.
