摘要 纤维化疾病是现代人类健康的一大威胁,减缓甚至阻断纤维化疾病进展具有重大临床意义。在西医缺乏有效方法的当下,中医药抗纤维化的疗效优势日益凸显。综述苦杏仁苷单体及含有苦杏仁苷复方成分群抗纤维化作用机制研究进展,希望推进苦杏仁苷抗纤维化作用机制研究,对苦杏仁苷临床应用、新药研发有重要意义。 Fibrotic diseases are a major threat to modern human health,and it is of great clinical significance to slow or even block the progression of fibrotic diseases.In the absence of effective methods in Western medicine,the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine against fibrosis have become increasingly prominent.In this paper,the research progress of anti-fibrotic mechanism of amygdalin monomer and compound component containing amygdalin was reviewed.It is hoped that the mechanism of anti-fibrosis of amygdalin is promoted,which is of great significance for the development and clinical application of amygdalin.
