巨噬细胞在炎症性肠病发病中的作用及中医药干预研究进展

Effect of Macrophages in Pathogenesis of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

炎症性肠病(IBD)作为难治疾病之一,发病原因尚不明确,巨噬细胞的免疫调节作用在IBD发病过程中起重要作用。研究表明M1/M2巨噬细胞平衡打破会导致炎症的发生,并且PPARγ、STAT家族、CX3CR1、IL-1家族、IL-10和TNF-α等因子与IBD密切相关。利用中医药疗法发现可以通过干预巨噬细胞达到预防或治疗IBD的目的,为后续研究IBD提供了理论依据和方向。

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is one of the refractory diseases.The cause of the disease is still unclear.The immunoregulatory effect of macrophages plays an important role in the pathogenesis of IBD.Studies have shown that M1/M2 macrophage balance breaks lead to inflammation,and factors such as PPARγ,STAT family,CX3CR1,IL-1 family,IL-10 and TNF-α are closely related to IBD.The use of traditional Chinese medicine therapy can achieve the purpose of preventing or treating IBD by intervening macrophages,which provides a theoretical basis and direction for the subsequent study of IBD.
