参松养心胶囊结合丹红注射液对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病疗效及心功能影响的研究

Study on Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Danhong Injection on Senile Patients with Degenerative Heart Valve Disease and Cardiac Function

目的探究参松养心胶囊结合丹红注射液对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病疗效、心功能影响。方法纳入60例老年退行性心脏瓣膜病患者(2016年1月—2019年1月收治)分组研究,对照组患者(30例)西医常规治疗,观察组患者(30例)在对照组治疗基础上联合参松养心胶囊及丹红注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后患者中医症状积分变化、6 min步行距离变化、血清炎性因子指标变化、氧化应激反应指标变化、心功能指标变化、不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者中医症状积分、6 min步行距离、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎性因子水平、血清丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-Aoc)等氧化应激指标水平、脑肽钠(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)等心功能指标相当(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者中医症状积分、6 min步行距离、CRP、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MDA、GSH-PX、SOD、T-Aoc、BNP、LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后中医症状积分、6 min步行距离、CRP、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MDA、GSH-PX、SOD、T-Aoc、BNP、LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD等指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6.67%(2/30)患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率与对照组3.33%(1/30)相当,均较少,可自行缓解(P>0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊结合丹红注射液治疗老年退行性心脏瓣膜病临床疗效显著,患者心功能改善,不良反应率低,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with Danhong injection on the curative effect and cardiac function of senile patients with degenerative heart valve disease.Methods Sixty cases of senile degenerative heart valvular disease(from January 2016 to January 2019)were grouped into control group(30 cases treated with conventional western medicine treatment)and the observation group(30 cases treated with conventional western medicine treatment and Shensong Yangxin Capsule).We compared two groups’TCM symptoms integral,6 min walking distance changes,serum inflammatory factor index changes,oxidative stress index,heart function index changes before and after treatment and the adverse situation.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group 96.67%(29/30)was higher than that in the control group 76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05).Beforetreatment,two groups’TCMsymptom integral,6 min walking distance and serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin 1(IL-1),interleukin 6(IL-6),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-Aoc),brain peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,all above were all improved.And the improvements in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactionsof the observation group(6.67%,2/30)was similar to that of the control group(3.33%,1/30),both of which were relatively small and could be relieved spontaneously(P>0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with Danhong Injection in the treatment of senile degenerative valvular heart disease has a significant clinical effect,with improved cardiac function,low adverse reaction rate and high safety.
