麻杏石甘汤加减联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction Combined with Montelukast Sodium in Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨麻杏石甘汤加减联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择2017年2月—2019年1月医院接诊的支气管哮喘患儿128例,依据随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组64例,全部患儿入院后均给予常规治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,观察组在对照组基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加减联合治疗,对比两组治疗前后的肺功能指标,对比两组的治疗效果,对比两组的不良反应。结果经过治疗后,两组的第1秒呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%),最大呼气流量(PEF),半肺活量位呼气流量(FEF50%),用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%)均出现提升,观察组的提升幅度大于对照组(t=-4.477,-5.881,-6.735,-4.798,P<0.05),观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(z=-5.473,P<0.05),两组各项不良反应的数据差异均不具有统计学意义(χ^2=0.237,0.434,0.477,0.133,P<0.05)。结论使用麻杏石甘汤加减联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童支气管哮喘,可以明显患儿的肺功能,提升治疗效果,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 128 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital between February 2017 and January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,64 cases in each.All the children were given routine treatment after admission.The control group was given Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets.The observation group was additionally given Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The lung function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.We compared the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After treatment,the first second expiratory volume accounted for the predicted percentage(FEV1%),the maximum expiratory flow(PEF),the semi-spiral expiratory flow(FEF50%),and the forced vital capacity accounted for the predicted percentage(FVC%)of the two groups were improved.The increase of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(t=-4.477,-5.881,-6.335,-4.88,P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(z=-5.473,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the data of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.237,0.434,0.477,0.133,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can significantly improve the lung function of children and the treatment effect and has good safety.
