摘要 采用ANSYS有限元方法对某小口径阀门中法兰螺柱结构进行了分析。考虑中腔垫片工作过程中压缩、回弹的材料非线性特性,分析了阀门装配过程中的2种不同中法兰螺柱加载方案对螺柱工作载荷和垫片接触应力及阀门密封性的影响。 The flange stud structure in a small caliber valve is analyzed by ANSYS finite element method.Considering the middle cavity gasket’s nonlinear characteristics of compression and springback in the working process,Analyzed the effects of two different loading schemes of the middle flange stud on the working load of the stud,the contact stress of the gasket and the sealing of the valve.
