摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法选用钠元素波长为330.3nm第三灵敏线测定胺液中高含量钠,避免了高倍数稀释可能造成的误差,提高了测定准确度。该方法线性范围为0μg/mL^80μg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.33%,加标回收率为100.0%~103.7%。精密度和准确度均满足分析要求。
The third sensitive line with the wavelength of 330.3 nm was selected to determine high content sodium in amine solution by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The error caused by high multiple dilution was avoided and the determination accuracy was improved.The linear range of the method is 0μg/ml^80μg/ml,the relative standard deviation is 0.33%,and the recovery is 100.0%~103.7%.The precision and accuracy meet the analysis requirements.
