摘要
硫化锌精矿氧压浸出工艺生产实践表明,在不同品位、产地的锌精矿配入氧压浸出系统中,如果没有严格对氧压浸出过程中工艺数据进行控制,将造成锌冶炼系统出现沉铁现象,进而影响各项生产技术经济指标。针对复杂硫化锌精矿在氧压浸出系统容易出现沉铁现象,探索复杂硫化锌精矿在氧压浸出工艺中一、二段终酸浓度、反应温度、氧分压及浸出时间对铁的浸出效果和锌浸出的影响,在较优的工艺条件下,锌浸出率高达98%以上,溶液含Fe3+控制在500mg/l以下。
The production practice of oxygen pressure leaching process for zinc sulfide concentrate shows that if the process data in the oxygen pressure leaching process are not strictly controlled when zinc concentrates of different grades and origins are mixed into the oxygen pressure leaching system,iron deposition will occur in the zinc smelting system,and then the technical and economic indexes of production will be affected.In view of the iron precipitation of complex zinc sulfide concentrate in oxygen pressure leaching system,the effects of primary and secondary final acid concentration,reaction temperature,oxygen partial pressure and leaching time on iron leaching and zinc leaching of complex zinc sulfide concentrate in oxygen pressure leaching process were explored.Under the optimal process conditions,the zinc leaching rate was up to 98%,and the Fe3+content in the solution was controlled below 500 mg/L.
