测绘地理信息大数据平台建设技术研究

摘要 针对测绘地理信息数据管理中存在的数据难以存储、更新慢、缺乏有效共享机制以及成果利用效率低等问题,提出运用现代数据管理技术,建立测绘地理信息大数据平台的解决方案。该平台以测绘标准规范体系作为依托保障,包含基础设施层、数据层、应用层三个层级。基础设施层将提供软硬件和网络服务,是整个大数据平台的基石;数据层将原始测绘地理信息数据进行清洗、转换,满足各类应用系统的数据使用需求;应用层将构建各类数据模型,提供查询、计算服务,实现测绘成果向社会公共事业服务的转型。 Aiming at the problems of storage,updating,sharing and using in the data management of surveying and mapping geographic information,a solution of establishing a big data platform using modern data management technology is proposed.This platform is based on the standard system of surveying and mapping standards,and including three layers:infrastructure layer,data layer,and application layer.The infrastructure layer will provide software,hardware and network services,which are the cornerstones of the entire big data platform;the data layer will clean and transform the original surveying and mapping geographic information data to meet the needs of various application systems;the application layer will build various data models and provide inquiry and computing services,to realize the transformation of surveying and mapping results to social and public utilities services.
