摘要
本文针对某型航空发动机附件中铝铁镍青铜衬套镀铬提高装配面耐磨性,研究铝铁镍青铜合金电镀铬技术,镀层厚度可达0.15mm。通过对该材料镀铬前处理要求及电镀工艺参数的控制,获得了性能稳定的电镀铬镀层。实验检测了镀层的结合强度、硬度等性能。结果表明,研究出的铝铁镍青铜合金电镀铬工艺方法,其镀层耐磨性极大提高,与通用镀铬方法相比,镀层与基体起皮、起泡等结合力差的情况降低了80%,镀层晶粒细致。采用该工艺方法电镀铬的铝铁镍青铜衬套通过了长试考核,并形成了工程化应用。
In order to improve the wear resistance of the assembly surface by chromium plating on the aluminum iron nickel bronze bushing of an aero-engine accessory,the chromium plating technology of aluminum iron nickel bronze alloy was studied,and the coating thickness could reach 0.15 mm.Through the control of pretreatment requirements and electroplating process parameters,stable chromium plating coating was obtained.The bonding strength and hardness of the coating were tested.The results show that the wear resistance of the coating is greatly improved.Compared with the general chromium plating method,the poor adhesion between the coating and the substrate such as peeling and foaming is reduced by 80%,and the grain size of the coating is fine.The Al Fe Ni bronze bushing plated by this process has passed the long-term test and has been applied in engineering.
