摘要
本文7075合金固溶工艺和时效工艺对显微组织及性能的影响。按照正交试验设计方案,通过成分测试、室温力学性能、布氏硬度、能谱分析和显微组织分析,获得最佳工艺方案。正交试验结果及分析表明:对于强度和硬度指标,影响程度有强到弱依次为:二级温度>一级温度>一级时间>二级时间。对于伸长率指标,影响程度较小。因此综合考虑强度、硬度和伸长率,最优工艺为125℃×8h+145℃×12h。
The effects of solid solution and aging process on microstructure and properties of 7075 alloy were studied.According to the orthogonal experimental design,the optimum technological scheme was obtained by means of composition test,mechanical properties at room temperature,Brinell hardness,energy spectrum analysis and microstructure analysis.Orthogonal test results and analysis show that for strength and hardness indexes,the degree of influence varies from strong to weak in order:secondary temperature>,primary temperature>,primary time>,secondary time.For the elongation index,the influence degree is small.Therefore,considering strength,hardness and elongation,the optimal process was 125℃×8h+145℃×12h.
