福建省建设用地空间差异与溢出效应的耦合特征

The Coupling Characters of Spatial Inequality and Spillover Effect of Construction Lands in Fujian Province

针对现有研究中建设用地空间差异与溢出效应耦合分析缺失的问题,本研究使用Theil和Moran指数,以及spatial lag with regimes模型,分析了福建省建设用地空间差异与溢出效应的耦合特征.结果显示:(1)福建省建设用地存在明显空间差异,其中"沿海-内陆"差异不断扩大;而由于中心市辖区对周边县域的空间溢出效应,"中心-外围"差异不断缩小.(2)福建省建设用地在局域尺度存在显著空间溢出,其中以厦漳泉地区的溢出效应最为突出;由东南沿海至西北内陆,呈现从"高-高"到"低-低"类型的梯度式空间差异.(3)建设用地的扩张机制存在空间差异与空间溢出的嵌套耦合结构,表现为不同地域的驱动因素和驱动强度存在差异,而且空间溢出效应也局限在地域内部.最后,针对福建省建设用地空间差异与溢出效应的耦合特征,提出了优化调控建议.

This study analyzed the coupling of spatial inequality and spillover effect of construction lands in Fujian province,using Theil index,global and local Moran indices,and spatial lag with regimes model.The Result showed that the construction land exhibited spatial inequality.The disparities between the coastal and inland regions increased steadily.In contrast,the differences between central municipal districts and peripheral counties shrunk continuously,which can be attributed to the spatial spillover effect from municipal districts to their nearby counties.Secondly,the construction land demonstrated significant spatial spillover patterns at the local scale,especially in Xia-Zhang-Quan area.Also,the spatial spillover effect showed coastal-inland differentiation.More specifically,the spillovers of the "high-high"type were concentrated in the southeastern coast,while the contiguous area of the"low-low"type was located in northwestern of Fujian province.Thirdly,there was a nested coupling structure between spatial inequality and spatial spillover in the expansion mechanism of construction land.The regression model revealed that there were differences in driving factors and driving intensity between coastal and inland regimes and that the spatial spillover effects were also constrained within these spatial regimes.Finally,given the coupling characteristics of spatial inequality and spillover effect,some policy suggestions were put forward to optimize the regulation of construction land in Fujian Province.
