某工业发达地区乡镇污水处理厂工程设计与运行 被引量:3

摘要 某工业发达地区乡镇污水处理厂设计总规模为1.0万m^3/d,近期为0.5万m^3/d。当地乡镇污水含有部分工业废水,采用“预处理+水解酸化+多点进水AAO+二沉池+高密度沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池+接触消毒池”工艺,最终平均出水CODCr、TN、TP浓度分别为27.9、5.1、0.22 mg/L,对CODCr、TN、TP的平均去除率分别达到84.1%、80.0%、91.5%,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。介绍了该污水处理厂的设计概况、工艺流程及特点、主要设计参数,分析了其运行效果、处理成本、经济指标,项目直接运行成本为1.09元/m^3,为类似乡镇污水处理厂设计提供一定参考。 The design capacity of a township and village WWTP in advanced industrial region is 5000 m^3/d at present and 10000 m^3/d in the future.Due to local township sewage contains part of industrial wastewater,pre-treatment+hydrolytic acidification+Multiple-influent AAO+secondary clarifier+high density settling tank+fiber turntable tank+contact disinfection is adopted in the treatment process,and infinal effluent,the average concentrations of CODCr,TN and TP is 27.9,5.1 mg/L and 0.22 mg/L respectively,with the average removal rates of 84.1%,80.0%and 91.5%,respectively.The effluent quality can meet the first grades A GB 18918—2002 Standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.The general situation of sewage plant design,process and its characteristics,main design parameters are introduced and the operation effect,treatment cost and economic indicators are also analyzed,the operation cost of the project is 1.09 yuan/m^3,which provides certain reference for the design of similar township and village sewage treatment plant.
