噬菌体应用于污水处理过程的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 噬菌体是能够特异性感染宿主细菌的病毒,其高效专一的裂解能力使得噬菌体在人类医学、食品业以及农业等方面有着广阔的发展前景。基于噬菌体的应用技术在污水处理工程中的应用同样具有发展潜力。文中从噬菌体的生理特性以及感染机制出发,调研噬菌体在污水处理过程中的应用,包括处理活性污泥膨胀、消毒以及作为病原体指示剂等。然而,噬菌体应用目前仍存在一定的局限性,如宿主范围狭窄、易携带有毒或耐药基因、抗噬菌体细菌的产生等。针对这些局限展开分析,并提出后续研究展望,以期为噬菌体应用于污水处理过程的进一步推广提供理论依据。 Bacteriophages(phages)are viruses that specifically infect bacteria,its high efficient and specific lysis ability makes phages have broad prospects in fields such as human medicine,food industry and agriculture.Application technology based on bacteriophage also has development potential in wastewater treatment projects.Based on physiological characteristics and infection mechanism of phage,application of phage in wastewater treatment,including the treatment of activated sludge bulking,disinfection and pathogen indicator,is introduced.However,the phage application still remains several limitations,such as narrow host range,easy to carry toxic or drug-resistant genes,production of anti-phage bacteria and so on.In view of these limitations,future research prospects are analyzed and put forward,in order to provide a theoretical basis for further promotion of phage in wastewater treatment process.
