某超临界供热机组水汽氢导波动原因分析及对策

摘要 针对某电厂超临界供热机组水汽品质出现异常波动的情况,通过全面的试验分析、运行数据查阅整理等手段对污染物成分进行判断。经现场检查及相关运行调整试验,确定水汽指标异常是原水水质异常、反渗透后设备及管路微生物污染、机组供热3方面原因综合导致。最终,提出相应的检查及处理方案,使得水的品质有所改善,对该电厂后续安全运行有一定的借鉴意义。 Aiming at abnormal fluctuation of water vapor quality of a supercritical heating unit in a power plant,comprehensive experimental analysis,operation data review and collation and other means are used to analyze the pollutant composition.After scene inspection and relevant operational adjustment test,it is confirmed that abnormal water vapor index is caused by abnormal quality of raw water,microbial contamination of equipment and pipelines after reverse osmosis,and the unit heating.Finally,corresponding inspection and treatment scheme are proposed to improve the water quality.It can be used as reference for subsequent safe operation of the power plant.
