基于排队论的废旧零部件再制造生产优化

摘要 针对废旧零部件质量高度不确定导致再制造生产决策难以优化的问题,以废旧机床的主轴再制造为例,基于排队论理论建立了一个再制造生产排队网络模型,综合考虑排队指标与系统的服务成本和等待成本,以最小化再制造系统的单位时间成本为目标函数,通过调控再制造不同工艺流程之间的数量配比实现再制造生产的优化。最后,通过对某再制造车间废旧主轴再制造的算例仿真,求解出排队网络各节点排队指标,验证了决策模型的可行性,为再制造系统的优化决策提供了一种新的思路。 Aiming at the problem that the quality of waste parts is highly uncertain,it is difficult to optimize the remanufacturing production decision.Taking the spindle remanufacturing of waste machine tools as an example,based on the queuing theory,a remanufacturing production queuing network model is established,considering the queuing indicators and systems.The service cost and the waiting cost,aiming at minimizing the unit time cost of the remanufacturing system,optimize the remanufacturing production by regulating the quantity ratio between different process flows.Finally,through the simulation of the remanufacturing of the waste spindle in a remanufacturing workshop,the queuing indexes of each node in the queuing network are solved,and the feasibility of the decision model is verified,which provides a new idea for the optimization decision of the remanufacturing system.
