摘要
某硫磺回收装置在运行过程中反应器出现开裂,介质发生泄漏。通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析及断口分析等方法对反应器的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该反应器内壁挡板的结构设计不合理,导致挡板上的加强角钢与反应器壁连接处的应力较大,在周期性通入空气的作用下,反应器壁发生了疲劳开裂。
During the operation of a sulfur recovery unit,the reactor cracked and the medium leaked.The cracking causes of the reactor were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis and fracture analysis.The results show that the structure design of inner wall baffle of the reactor was unreasonable,which led to the stress of the connection between the reinforcing angle steel and the reactor wall.Under the action of periodic ventilation of air,the reactor wall occurred fatigue cracking.
