逍遥舒坤汤口服联合灌肠对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction Combined with Enema on Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的研究逍遥舒坤汤口服联合灌肠对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的治疗效果。方法从医院2016年1月—2019年12月以来收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者中随机抽取100例患者作为实验的临床研究对象。经比对分析我们将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组样本数各50例。对照组盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者使用抗菌药物进行消炎治疗,观察组盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者接受此次需考察的逍遥舒坤汤口服联合灌肠修复疗法。其中两组治疗时间均为3个疗程,每个疗程为两周时间,疗程结束后再进行统一比较。通过统计两组在接受一段时间持续治疗后的治疗效果,对比不同疗法治疗后患者用药前后疗效的变化情况,及中医的证候疗效的比对。结果收集各项数据分析表格进行统一比对后,发现使用逍遥舒坤汤口服联合灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症在多方面都要优于使用常规西药抗菌药等对患处进行消炎的治疗方法,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在给患者使用逍遥舒坤汤口服联合灌肠后,患者能明显感受到身体内部状态的转变。再对比使用常规西药抗菌药的治疗方法,使用逍遥舒坤汤口服联合灌肠方法患者的身体机能修复较快,疗效更显著。中医证候积分更低,表示患者恢复程度更佳,患者的免疫力明显增强。逍遥舒坤汤口服联合灌肠的方法不使用抗生素,对身体的不良影响较小。所以该疗法非常值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with enema on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods from January 2016 to December 2019,100 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly selected as clinical research objects.After comparative analysis,we divided the patients into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were treated with anti-inflammatory drugs,and the observation group were treated with Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with enema repair therapy.The treatment time of the two groups were 3 courses,each course of treatment was two weeks.After the course of treatment,the patients were compared.Through the statistics of the treatment effect of two groups of patients after receiving a period of continuous treatment,the changes of curative effect before and after the treatment of different therapies were compared,and the syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine was compared.Results after collecting all kinds of data analysis tables,it was found that Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease was better than that of conventional western medicine,such as antibacterial drugs,in many aspects,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion in the use of Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with enema,patients can obviously feel the change of internal state of the body.In contrast to the treatment of conventional western medicine,Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with enema has faster body function recovery,more significant curative effect and lower TCM symptom score,which indicates that the recovery degree of patients is better and the immunity of patients is significantly enhanced.The method of Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with enema does not use antibiotics,which has less adverse effects on the body.Therefore,the therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
