Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of reduning injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 72 cases children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as research objects in our hospital, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given azithromycin and the observation group combined with reduning injection on this basis. The two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical symptom disappearance time was recorded in the two groups. The serum inflammatory factor levels were detected, and clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were counted in the two groups. Results The disappearance time of rale, temperature recovery time and cough disappearance time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group after treatment( P <0.05).The serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP levels were significantly reduced in the two groups, and were lower than those of the control group( P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0.05).Conclusion reduning injection combined with azithromycin can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and relieve its clinical symptoms.
