摘要
针对大功率电驱动系统中通信信号易受到外界干扰导致系统工作不正常的现象,提出一种电缆组件防波套360°屏蔽处理的工艺方法。设计了36种不同的屏蔽处理方式,采用三同轴法测量电缆组件的转移阻抗,通过试验数据从转移阻抗、操作性、成本分析比较各种屏蔽处理方式的优缺点。防波套360°屏蔽处理方法能够实现电缆组件通信频率10kHz^100 MHz范围有较小的转移阻抗,并且该方法适应于各种金属连接器。
Aiming at the phenomenon that communication signals in high-power electric drive systems are susceptible to external interference and cause the system to work abnormally,this paper proposes a 360°shielding processing method for cable assembly with copper braided mesh.Thirty-six different shielding processing methods are designed.The triaxial method is used to measure the transfer impedance of the cable assembly.The advantages and disadvantages of various shielding processing methods are analyzed and compared from the transfer impedance,operability and cost through the test data.The copper braided mesh 360°shielding processing method can achieve a small transfer impedance in the range of 10kHz to 100MHz for the communication frequency of the cable assembly,and the method is suitable for various metal connectors.
