护士为主导的多学科团队改善喉癌患者术后管道管理结局

A Nurse-led Multidisciplinary Team Improves Outcomes in Postoperative Pipeline Management in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer

目的探讨以护士为主导的多学科团队在喉癌患者术后管道护理中的影响。方法选择2016年6月至2017年12月我科收治的手术病人100例为对照组,采用常规护理措施;选取2018年1月至2019年7月我科收治的手术病人100例为观察组,观察组则在常规护理基础之上,实施以护士为主导的多学科团队管理模式进行护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果喉癌患者术后管道管理采用以护士为主导的多学科团队管理模式对其进行护理,相较于传统的护理模式来说,不良事件发生率更低,患者的护理满意度更高。结论护士为主导的多学科团队能有效改善喉癌患者术后管道管理结局,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the influence of multi-disciplinary team led by nurses on postoperative pipeline nursing of patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods 100 surgical patients in our department from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the control group.Routine nursing measures were adopted.100 surgical patients in our department from January 2018 to July 2011 were selected as the observation group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group implemented a multidisciplinary team management mode led by nurses for nursing To observe the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional nursing mode,the incidence of adverse events was lower and patients’satisfaction was higher.Conclusion The multi-disciplinary team led by nurses can effectively improve the outcomes of postoperative pipeline management in patients with laryngeal cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
