摘要
目的对比大黄免煎颗粒与大黄饮片的有效成分含量。方法采用HPLC对大黄免煎颗粒和大黄饮片的大黄酚、大黄素、大黄酸含量进行测定和对比。结果大黄免煎颗粒与大黄饮片的有效成分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论大黄免煎颗粒与传统大黄饮片有效成分含量无较大差异,其安全高效、方便携带值得在临床推广。
Objective To compare the content of active ingredients in Rhubarb free-fried granules and rhubarb pieces.Methods To determine and compare the contents of rhubarb,rhubarb,and rhein in rhubarb free-fried granules and rhubarb pieces by HPLC.Results Rhubarb free-fried granules and rhubarb pieces There was no significant difference in the effective ingredients of Pb(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the content of active ingredients between Dahuang Mianjian granules and traditional rhubarb decoction pieces.It is safe,efficient,and convenient to carry and is worthy of clinical promotion.
