腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术的围手术期整体护理干预

Perioperative Nursing Intervention for Laparoscopic Abdominal Wall Incision Hernia Repair

目的探究腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术的围手术期整体护理干预方法和效果。方法将2018年4月至2020年4月在我院接受腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术的86例患者作为临床研究对象,按照护理方法将患者分为两组,每组43例患者,在围术期接受常规护理的患者命名为对照组,而接受整体护理的患者命名为观察组。对比分析两组中的护理效果以及护理满意度等指标。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为11.63%,对照组患者并发症发生率为27.91%;观察组患者的手术时间为(66.3±7.2)min、住院时间为(9.65±1.82)d、术后疼痛程度评分为(3.11±1.02)分,均优于对照组;观察组患者对护理服务的满意度为93.02%,对照组患者对护理服务的满意度为86.05%。结论腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术患者围术期使用整体护理干预措施,有利于缩短手术时间、降低并发症发生率,并且能够改善护患关系,提高护理满意度,具有临床推广和应用价值。

Objective To explore the perioperative holistic nursing intervention methods and effects of laparoscopic abdominal wall incision hernia repair.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,86 patients who underwent laparoscopic abdominal incision hernia repair in our hospital were taken as clinical research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing method,with 43 patients in each group.Patients who received routine care during the operation period were named the control group,while patients who received overall care were named the observation group.Comparative analysis of the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction indexes in the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.63%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 27.91%;the operation time of the observation group was(66.3±7.2)min,the hospitalization time was(9.65±1.82)d,The pain degree score was(3.11±1.02),which was better than that of the control group;the satisfaction of the observation group with nursing services was 93.02%,and the satisfaction of the control group with nursing services was 86.05%.Conclusion The use of holistic nursing interventions for patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal incision hernia repair is helpful to shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications,and can improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
