醒脑开窍针刺法联合头针疗法治疗脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者的临床研究

Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with Scalp Acupuncture for the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Clinical Study of Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合头针疗法应用于脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者的临床效果及应用价值。方法选取2018年1月1日至2019年3月30日于我院治疗的脑梗死恢复期患者50例,按随机数字表将患者分为两组,应用醒脑开窍针法联合头针疗法为治疗组,单用头针疗法为对照组,对比两组治疗后日常生活活动能力(BI)、肢体运动功能(FBI)及中风病疗效的评分评定来比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果入组时两组评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),持续治疗4个疗程后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,显著差异,P<0.05,存在统计学价值。结论与传统针法治疗脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者的疗效相比,醒脑开窍针刺法结合头针疗法的效果更显著,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture in patients with hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery.Methods Sixty patients with convalescent cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were enrolled.The patients were treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao and scalp acupuncture as the treatment group.The treatment was the control group,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared by comparing the scores of activities of daily living(BI),limb motor function(FBI)and stroke efficacy after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups at the time of enrollment(P<0.05).After 4 courses of continuous treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than t the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture in the recovery period of cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical application.
