全程护理管理在肿瘤患者PICC带管期间的应用

Application of Full-course Nursing Management during Oncology of PICC in Cancer Patients

目的探析全程护理管理在肿瘤患者PICC带管期间的应用效果。方法在我院肿瘤PICC带管患者中选择350例,入选时间为2017年8月至2019年8月,随机均衡分为两组,每组175例,对照组选择常规管理,观察组选择全程护理管理,对比两组干预的效果。结果经干预后,两组总评分、心理状况、社交功能、认知功能、角色功能、生理功能、并发症的发生几率、疾病知识评分、自我管能力评分、满意度对比,观察组数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)统计学存在意义。结论给予肿瘤患者PICC带管期间全程护理管理,取得了较为显著的效果,存在推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of whole course nursing management during the period of PICC intubation in tumor patients.Methods 350 cases were selected from patients with tumor PICC tube in our hospital.The enrollment time was from August 2017 to August 2019.They were randomly and equally divided into two groups,175 cases in each group.Nursing management,comparing the effects of the two interventions.Results After the intervention,the total score,psychological status,social function,cognitive function,role function,physiological function,incidence of complications,disease knowledge score,self-management ability score,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Better than the control group(P<0.05)statistically significant.Conclusion The whole course of nursing management during the period of PICC tube administration in tumor patients has achieved significant results and has a promotion value.
