营养护理干预对终末期肾脏疾病血液透析患者高磷血症的预防效果分析

摘要 目的研究营养护理干预对终末期肾脏疾病血液透析患者高磷血症的预防效果。方法实验对象选取时间为2018年9月至2019年9月,样本是78例本院收治的终末期肾脏疾病血液透析患者,随机编号平均分成对照组与观察组,每组39例,对照组患者应用常规的血液透析护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上增加营养护理干预疗法,对比两组患者的ALB、Hb指标。结果两组患者在干预前ALB、Hb评分均不明显(P>0.05),无统计学意义,在护理后,观察组ALB、Hb指标高于对照组,观察组优势明显P<0.05,统计学有意义。结论针对终末期肾脏疾病血液透析患者,在治疗时应用营养护理干预,可降低高磷血症的发生,具有推广价值。 Objective To study the preventive effect of nutritional nursing intervention on hyperphosphatemia in hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods The subjects were selected from September 2018 to September 2019.78 hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine hemodialysis care,while the observation group was treated with nutrition nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.ALB and Hb of the two groups were compared index.Results Before the intervention,the ALB and Hb scores of the two groups were not significant(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.After the nursing,the ALB and Hb indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the advantage of the observation group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients,nutritional nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of hyperphosphatemia,which has the value of promotion.
