上臂腋窝联合吸脂治疗副乳及上臂脂肪堆积

Upper Arm Armpit combined with Liposuction for the Treatment of Accessory Breast and Upper Arm Fat Accumulation

目的探讨上臂腋窝联合吸脂治疗副乳及上臂脂肪堆积效果。方法以2018年1月至2019年10月收治的86例副乳及上臂脂肪堆积患者为治疗对象,根据患者治疗方式设置对照组与治疗组,对照组采用传统手术切除治疗,治疗组采用小切口切除+上臂腋窝联合吸脂治疗,比较两组手术相关指标,术后并发症发生率。结果两组手术指标存在明显差异,治疗组各项指标(除手术时间)优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率(4.65%)优于对照组(20.93%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于传统手术治疗方式,对副乳及上臂脂肪堆积患者采用上臂腋窝联合吸脂治疗,具有明显手术治疗优势,可降低感染等负面因素对患者影响,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of upper arm axillary combined liposuction in the treatment of accessory breast and upper arm fat accumulation.Methods Between January 2018 and October 201986 vice milk and upper arm fat patients as treatment object,according to the patient treatment control group and treatment group,control group with traditional surgery treatment,the treatment group with small incision to remove+upper arm liposuction axillary joint treatment,compared two groups of indicators related to the operation,the incidence of postoperative complications.Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of surgical indicators,and all indicators(except operation time)in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group(4.65%)was better than that in the control group(20.93%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgical treatment,the combination of upper arm and armpit liposuction in patients with accessory breast and upper arm fat accumulation has obvious advantages in surgical treatment,which can reduce the influence of negative factors such as infection on patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
