瑞舒伐他汀联合盐酸曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of Rosuvastatin combined with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris after Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨急性心肌梗死后心绞痛联合应用瑞舒伐他汀、盐酸曲美他嗪治疗的效果。方法抽取我院2017年4月至2019年9月收治的急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者98例为研究对象,49例行瑞舒伐他汀治疗者作为对照组,49例行瑞舒伐他汀+盐酸曲美他嗪治疗者作为实验组,对比两组用药效果。结果①实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②实验组治疗后心电图指标及血液流变学指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在瑞舒伐他汀基础上,予以急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者盐酸曲美他嗪治疗,可降低血液黏稠度,改善心电图,缓解心绞痛症状,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin and trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction.Methods 98 patients with angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects,49 patients treated with rosuvastatin as the control group,49 patients treated with rosuvastatin+trimetazidine hydrochloride as the experimental group,and the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results①The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).②The ECG and hemorheology indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of rosuvastatin,trimetazidine hydrochloride can reduce blood viscosity,improve ECG and relieve angina symptoms,which is worth learning.
