水胶体敷料对预防佩戴N95口罩致压伤的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Hydrocolloid Dressing on Prevention of Crush Injury Caused by Wearing N95 Mask

目的探讨水胶体敷料对预防佩戴N95口罩致压伤的护理效果。方法选择我院佩戴N95口罩的40例医务人员作为研究对象,按时间先后顺序分为两个组别,2020年1月26日至2月9日为对照组,采用传统护理;2020年2月10日至2月24日为观察组,采用水胶体敷料护理。观察两组医务人员发生压疮的情况以及皮肤舒适度情况等。结果对照组医护人员与观察组医护人员比较压疮发生率,对照组42.50%明显比观察组12.50%高(P<0.05);两组医务人员皮肤不适率分别为67.50%、15.00%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对佩戴N95口罩的医务人员,采用水胶体敷料预防,减少发生压疮的风险,还能有效改善面部舒适度,减轻皮肤的压伤程度,促进创面伤愈合,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of hydrocolloid dressing on the prevention of crush injury caused by wearing N95 mask.Methods Forty medical workers wearing N95 masks in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the time sequence:the control group from January 26 to February 9,2020,the traditional nursing,the observation group from February 10 to February 24,2020,the water gel dressing nursing.The pressure sores and skin comfort of the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was compared between the control group and the observation group,42.50%of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group by 12.50%(P<0.05).The skin discomfort rates of the two groups were 67.50%and 15.00%,respectively.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the medical staff wearing N95 mask,the use of hydrocolloid dressing to prevent,reduce the risk of pressure sore,the application of hydrocolloid dressing can effectively improve the facial comfort and reduce the degree of skin pressure injury,It is worthy of clinical application.
