摘要
目的针对哮喘患儿,研究分析呼出气一氧化氮水平与肺功能的相关性。方法以2018年6月至2019年12月我院儿科收治的总计70例哮喘患儿为对象,将其中的36例急性发作的患儿作为急性组,34例缓解期的患儿作为缓解组,并以同期30例健康体检患儿作为对照组,所有患儿均实施一氧化氮水平与肺功能检查,进行相关性分析。结果急性组的FeNO明显高于对照组以及缓解组,而PEF%、FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%以及FEV1%明显低于对照组以及缓解组,差距有意义(P<0.05)。急性发作的哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮水平与肺功能FEV1%具有负相关性,差距有意义(P<0.05),而缓解期的无相关性,差距无意义(P>0.05)。结论通过一氧化氮水平与肺功能FEV1%水平的检测能够有效的检测出哮喘患儿的疾病发生情况,值得推广。
Objective To study and analyze the correlation between the level of exhaled nitric oxide and lung function in children with asthma.Methods A total of 70 children with asthma were enrolled in our hospital’s pediatrics from January 2018 to December 2019.Thirty-six children with acute attack were treated as acute group,34 children with remission period as remission group,and 30 children with healthy physical examination were treated as control group.All the children were examined for the level of nitric oxide and pulmonary function,and the correlation was analyzed.Results The FeNO of acute group was significantly higher than that of control group and remission group,while PEF%,FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF75%and FEV1%were significantly lower than those of control group and remission group(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the level of exhaled nitric oxide and pulmonary function FEV1%in children with acute asthma(P<0.05),but no correlation or difference in remission period(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of nitric oxide level and FEV1%level of pulmonary function can effectively detect the occurrence of asthma in children,which is worth popularizing.
