参芎葡萄糖联合硝酸甘油治疗非ST段抬高心肌梗死的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shenxiong Glucose combined with Nitroglycerin in the Treatment of Non-ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

目的探究非ST段抬高心肌梗死予以硝酸甘油与参芎葡萄糖共同治疗疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2020年3月我院接收的非ST段抬高心肌梗死者92例为对象,以整群随机化方式分设组别,即对照组、研究组,各46例。给予对照组患者硝酸甘油单一治疗,给予研究组患者硝酸甘油与参芎葡萄糖共同治疗。观察两组患者治疗疗效,肌钙蛋白变化,临床预后。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为73.91%,低于研究组的91.30%;对照组、研究组患者组间治疗前后肌钙蛋白变化结果比较,治疗后高于治疗前;对照组患者治疗后出血、心力衰竭、心律失常和再发心绞痛发生率均高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论对非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者予以硝酸甘油与参芎葡萄糖共同治疗,治疗效果明显,改善患者病情,提高预后。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of nitroglycerin combined with ginseng Ligusticum glucose on non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods Ninety-two patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)received in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2020 were selected as subjects,and divided into groups by cluster randomization,i.e.,control group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given nitroglycerin monotherapy,and the patients in the study group were given nitroglycerin and ginseng Ligusticum glucose co-treatment.The curative effect,troponin change and clinical prognosis of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The total effective rate was 73.91%in the control group,which was lower than 91.30%in the study group.The results of troponin changes before and after treatment were higher than those before treatment between the control group and the study group.The incidence of bleeding,heart failure,arrhythmia and recurrent angina in the control group was higher than that in the study group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Nitroglycerin and ginseng-ligusticum glucose combined treatment for patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction has obvious therapeutic effect,improves patients’condition and prognosis.
