艾灸结合炉甘石洗剂治疗亚急性湿疹样皮炎的疗效观察和护理体会

Efficacy Observation and Nursing Experience of Moxibustion combined with Calamine Lotion in the Treatment of Subacute Eczema

目的探究艾灸结合炉甘石洗剂治疗亚急性湿疹样皮炎的疗效和护理体会。方法亚急性湿疹样皮炎患者作为本次研究对象(均实施艾灸结合炉甘石洗剂治疗),共100例,根据其入院顺序对其进行分组,其中包括观察组50例、对照组50例,观察组应用针对性护理、对照组应用常规护理,将两组各项指标进行对比。结果观察组亚急性湿疹样皮炎患者临床症状积分与对照组相比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组亚急性湿疹样皮炎患者治疗总有效率、护理满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在艾灸结合炉甘石洗剂治疗亚急性湿疹样皮炎的基础上加强护理干预,能够显著提高治疗效果,且改善临床症状,值得研究和推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and nursing experience of moxibustion combined with calamine lotion in the treatment of subacute eczema.Methods A total of 100 patients with subacute eczema were treated in this study(both treated with moxibustion combined with calamine lotion),they were grouped according to the order of admission,including 50 in the observation group and 50 in the control group,the observation group was treated with targeted nursing,and the control group was treated with routine nursing,the indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptom scores of patients with subacute eczema in the observation group has statistical difference from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients with subacute eczema in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Strengthening nursing intervention based on moxibustion combined with calamine lotion for the treatment of subacute eczema can significantly improve the treatment effect and improve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of research and promotion.
